About NotePlan

NotePlan combines tasks, notes and your calendar. You plan the day in a daily note written in Markdown, with #tags, @mentions, flexible recurring tasks and autocomplete, and time-block tasks onto your calendar by typing. Notes link in both directions, so you can organise with folders, P.A.R.A. or a Zettelkasten. Review views list open, overdue and upcoming tasks, and custom filters search by status, tag, mention or text. It works with iCloud, Google and Exchange calendars and Apple Reminders, syncs by CloudKit or iCloud Drive and stores notes as plain text. Version 3.22 lets Siri add to existing notes.

Version 3.22 (23 October) added iPhone Duo support, its changelog says. Unfolded, the editor and calendar sit side by side; folded, you get the familiar iPhone layout, and the sidebar, calendar and sheets fit both screens. NotePlan's changelog render shows the open Duo with a daily note of the day's plan, goals and ideas on the left and a month calendar above a timeline of time-blocked tasks on the right.
