Anyone tracking food, alcohol or full nutrition should look elsewhere, since Drops only covers caffeine and water.
Drops is a simple tracker for caffeine and water. Log a drink and its graph shows how caffeine builds and wears off through the day, so you can decide whether it is too late for another coffee. Favourite the drinks you have often and log them with a tap, and adjust each one with controls for decaf blends, espresso shots, roast levels and caffeine-free sodas. Data is stored in Apple Health, so it works alongside other compatible apps, and partial samples can log only caffeine or only water. Logging and the drink library are free; a subscription adds colour themes and supports the solo developer.
Version 1.1 (21 October) added a landscape layout made for the Duo's inner display, its release notes say. Its maker's site shows the caffeine and water charts for today on the left of the open Duo, the list of logged drinks with times on the right, and a row of favourite drinks to log along the bottom.
